About me.

I’m a multi-passionate creative human; I am passionate about many things and am continually expanding my interests and knowledge.

Currently, I am studying Psychology at the University of British Columbia with focuses on Mental Health, Creativity, and Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Prior to being a Creative Life & Brand Coach, I worked in various “creative professional” roles for 10+ years until I realized I was not cut out for the soul-sucking 9-to-5 desk life (…and living the majority of my existence under those horrible artificial fluorescent lights!?).

It took me a while to realize it, but I eventually woke up to the fact that my life wasn’t even that creative…or free.

My big, wild, creative heart was definitely calling for more.

I didn’t want more of the same old BS. My heart ached for a truly creative life – full of honesty, freedom, & authenticity.

I wanted slow mornings, long walks with my dog, and unlimited coffee breaks.

So, I left my full-time job as a ‘Senior Designer’ to create my own vision & version of success.

Despite the obvious ups and downs that come along with creative entrepreneurship and craving my-own-path in this world, that’s what I’ve been intentionally creating since. And now I help others do the same!

My passion is helping humans live authentic, creative & balanced lives they love!

I truly believe creative humans will change the world for the better.
Like they always have.
